The Squeezing And Compacting Machine is designed to remove water and compact washed plastic film materials before pelletizing. Through a screw extrusion and mechanical squeezing process, the machine reduces moisture while densifying soft plastic materials into compact particles suitable for further processing.
In plastic recycling lines, washed PP/PE film often contains high moisture and low bulk density, which makes direct feeding into pelletizing systems difficult. The squeezing and compacting machine solves this problem by combining dewatering, squeezing, and compaction into one continuous process.
The equipment is widely used in plastic recycling plants to process materials such as:
PP/PE agricultural film
Plastic packaging film
Woven bags and ton bags
Soft plastic flakes from washing lines
Various lightweight plastic waste
By reducing moisture content and increasing material density, the machine improves feeding stability for pelletizing systems and helps achieve higher production efficiency in plastic recycling operations.
The Squeezing And Compacting Machine is specially designed for drying and densifying washed plastic film materials in recycling lines. By combining screw extrusion and mechanical squeezing, the machine effectively removes water while increasing the bulk density of soft plastic materials.
Key technical advantages include:
High efficiency dewatering system capable of removing most moisture from washed plastic film
Screw extrusion squeezing design that compresses and densifies soft plastic materials
Stable feeding performance for downstream pelletizing equipment
Continuous operation structure suitable for integration with washing and pelletizing lines
High squeezing efficiency with moisture reduction to approximately 3–5%
Robust mechanical structure ensuring stable operation during long-term industrial use
These features make the machine an essential piece of equipment in plastic film recycling systems.
Model | Main motor power | Moisture | Capacity(kg/h) |
VSP300 | 90 | 3%-5% | 300 |
VSP500 | 132 | 3%-5% | 500 |
VSP800 | 160 | 3%-5% | 800 |
Machine specifications and configurations can be customized according to different plastic materials, production capacity requirements, and recycling line layouts.
The raw material is transferred to the squeezing granulator by conveyor belt, and after the material enters the extruder, it is extruded by a screw extruder. The screw design of the screw extruder causes the material to be subjected to high pressure as it is pushed forward, thereby squeezing out water and air from it.Finally, clean and dry particles are obtained by cutting.
