The Characteristics of the PVC Pipe Extruder Machine

Mixer: The main function is to mix two or more substances evenly before production. Vaulted cover, no distortion. National patent for principal axis airproof device. Self-friction or electric heating and steam heating function of the hot mixing.

Extruder: The screw of our PVC pipe extruder uses conical twin screw, which is mainly characterized by the ability to enhance the shear force between the screws, so as to achieve the mixing of raw materials inside the extruder, making the mixing of materials and additions more uniform.

Mold: The 40Cr material used in the mold of our PVC extruder ensures long life and smooth surface of the pipe.

Vacuum tank：In the PVC pipe extrusion production line, the vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard pipe size. Its shape is advanced foreign multilateral anti-deformation structure. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy. The pipeline adopts the design of double loop pipeline, realizing non-stop pipeline clean and function of temperature control.

Haul off machine: In order to fit the production needs of a variety of pipe diameters that our factory has designed a variety of tractor machine, such as: 2 claw, 3 claw, 4 claw, 6 claw, 8 claw. Thus in the production can be more suitable for different pipe diameter production speed, and ensure the shape of the pipe.

Cutting machine: In view of the different pipe diameters, our factory uses cutter and planetary cutter, which can effectively cut PVC pipes of different pipe diameters. At the same time, our machine can maintain the synchronous operation of the pipe under the horizontal push of the cylinder, so that the pipe cut out is more uniform.

Belling machine: The main function is to expand the diameter of PVC pipes for connection. The machine is PLC controlled with digital display of temperature.
