Our Standard Process Flow

1. De-baling: Breaks up compressed bottle bales.

2. Pre-washing & Label Removing: Dry and wet processes to remove surface dirt, sand, and a majority of labels.

3. Sorting: Manual or automated sorting to remove other polymers and colored bottles.

4. Wet Crushing: Crushing bottles into flakes in a water-flow environment for initial cleaning.

5. Floating & Rinsing: Separating PET flakes (which sink) from PP/PE caps and labels (which float).

6. Hot Washing: The critical stage for removing glues, oils, and grease using hot water and chemical agents.

7. Friction Washing & Rinsing: High-speed scrubbing to further clean the flakes.

8. Dewatering & Drying: Mechanical and thermal drying to achieve a final moisture content of less than 1%.

9. Packing: Final flakes are stored in silos and automatically bagged.
