The extrusion line is engineered as a cohesive system, with each section optimized for precision and stability:
Raw Material Feeding & Extrusion: Single‑screw or co‑extruder melts and plasticizes materials for consistent output.
Aluminum Forming & Welding: Aluminum strip is formed into a tube and welded with ultrasonic or overlap technology.
Co‑Extrusion of Layers: Inner plastic layer, adhesive and outer plastic layer are co‑extruded around the welded aluminum tube.
Cooling & Calibration: Pipes are cooled through controlled water tanks and sized for dimensional accuracy.
Haul‑Off & Cutting/Winding: Finished pipe is pulled off, cut to length or wound into coils for packaging.
