The HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line is designed for continuous production of PE pipes from HDPE or PE pipe grade material. It is commonly used for water supply pipes, irrigation pipes, drainage pipes, cable conduit pipes, and other plastic pipe products. The line combines extrusion, pipe die forming, vacuum calibration, cooling, haul off, cutting, coiling, or stacking according to the required pipe diameter and final pipe form. It is suitable for manufacturers planning stable HDPE pipe production for construction, agriculture, municipal, and utility applications.

The HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line is a complete production system for manufacturing PE pipes through continuous extrusion. HDPE or PE pipe grade material is plasticized by the extruder, shaped through the pipe die, sized by vacuum calibration, cooled by water, pulled by the haul off unit, and finally cut into fixed lengths or collected by a coiler.
The line configuration should be selected according to pipe diameter, wall thickness, pipe application, output requirement, and final pipe handling method. For small diameter pipes, the line is usually matched with a coiler. For medium or large diameter pipes, cutting and stacking units are commonly used for straight pipe production.
This production line is mainly suitable for:
HDPE material
PE pipe grade material
PE compound material
Recycled PE material, depending on final pipe application
For pressure pipe, water supply pipe, gas pipe, or other demanding applications, raw material grade and formulation should be confirmed according to the required pipe standard and final use.
The line can be configured for different HDPE and PE pipe products by changing die tooling, calibration sleeves, cooling length, haul off type, cutting method, and pipe collection system.
HDPE water supply pipe
PE irrigation pipe
HDPE drainage pipe
Cable protection conduit
Industrial fluid pipe
Small diameter coiled pipe
Medium and large diameter straight pipe
Different pipe products require different downstream configurations. Irrigation pipe and conduit pipe may require coiling, while larger water supply or drainage pipes usually require fixed length cutting and stacking.
The following technical specifications are reserved for confirmed machine data. Specific values should be filled according to the actual line model and production configuration.

HDPE pipe production lines are commonly used for pipe products in water supply, agricultural irrigation, drainage, communication conduit, utility protection, and industrial fluid transport. The final application affects the selection of raw material, pipe diameter, wall thickness, die design, cooling section, haul off structure, and pipe collection method.
For water supply and drainage pipe production, the line should focus on stable pipe diameter, wall thickness consistency, sufficient cooling length, and reliable cutting for fixed length pipe output.
For irrigation pipe and cable conduit pipe production, small and medium pipe diameters are common. The line can be matched with a coiler, marking system, or color stripe co extrusion system according to pipe use and packaging requirements.
Before selecting the line configuration, the following factors should be confirmed:
Target pipe diameter range
Pipe wall thickness requirement
Raw material type and grade
Required production capacity
Straight pipe or coiled pipe production
Cooling length and workshop layout
Cutting method and pipe length requirement
Optional stripe, printing, or marking requirement
A clear configuration plan helps match the extruder, die head, calibration tank, cooling tank, haul off, cutter, and collection system with the final HDPE pipe product.
