Main Motor: Siemens or WEG for stable torque and energy saving.
Control System: Siemens PLC with a user-friendly touch screen interface.
Electrical Parts: Schneider contactors and Omron temperature controllers.
Gearbox: High-torque vertical gearbox with an independent oil cooling system.
Raw material is melted and homogenized in the Extruder, shaped through the Die Head, precisely sized in the Vacuum Calibration Tank, continuously pulled by the Haul-off Unit, cut to length by the Cutting Unit, and finally collected via Stacking Rack or Pipe Winder.
