Extruder

High-efficiency single screw extruder ensures sufficient melting and plasticization for both inner and outer layers of the pipe.
Mould

Co-extrusion die head forms the inner and outer walls simultaneously with precise layer thickness control, ensuring a smooth inner surface and a uniform corrugated outer profile.
High Speed Water Cooling Corrugator

Molding blocks running on a sealed track form the corrugated profile under vacuum, while a closed-loop water cooling system provides rapid and efficient cooling for high-speed production.
Cooling Tank

Spray cooling tank further cools the formed pipe to ensure complete solidification and dimensional stability.
Cutter

Chipless cutting machine provides smooth and precise cuts to the desired length without generating dust or debris.
