The heavy-duty plastic waste crusher is engineered for efficient and stable size reduction in industrial recycling systems. It is suitable for processing rigid plastics, thick-walled pipes, injection lumps and flexible films with consistent crushing performance.
With output capacity up to 1200 kg/h, reinforced machine structure and optimized rotor configuration, the crusher ensures reliable operation under continuous industrial working conditions.
Material enters the crushing chamber through the feed opening and is drawn toward the center by the rotating V-type rotor. The coordinated action between moving knives and fixed knives performs high-efficiency shearing and cutting.
