The PVC Leather Recycling and Separation Line is a comprehensive processing system engineered to tackle post-industrial and post-consumer composite waste containing PVC and fibers. Its primary objective is the maximum recovery of the PVC matrix while efficiently removing integrated fabric, paper, or light fiber contaminants. Rather than simply destroying the material, this line utilizes a coordinated sequence of shredding, fine milling, and airflow separation to ensure complete material liberation, making it highly suitable for processing mixed materials that cannot be reused directly without separation.
Optimized Material Liberation: The staged crushing approach (from primary shredding to fine crushing) gradually reduces the material size, ensuring the physical bond between the PVC matrix and the fabric/fiber backing is completely broken before separation.
High-Purity Airflow Separation: By utilizing the different specific gravities of PVC and fiber, the integrated pneumatic system effectively extracts lighter impurities without using water, ensuring dry, clean, and high-purity PVC output.
Controlled and Stable Operation: Designed with continuous material flow in mind, the system integrates automatic feeding, metal detection, and buffer storage to prevent material blockages and maintain a stable throughput of 500–700 kg/h.
